At a local BJ's in New Tampa, Florida, a product was on sale with one of its coupons. They were sold out, except for the display (can't sell) and 12 on order. The technology at BJ's is also very outdated, and there are a lot of people who have worked their way into management because they have been there for a long time. The executive team can do a better job at communicating with Team Members and making them feel valued. Unfortunately, I think the cons outweigh the pros for this organization. Our executive leadership team appears to be out of touch with the general needs/wants of the Team Members in the organization. BJ's places a heavy focus on its Members, but it doesn't place a large focus on ensuring the happiness and success of our Team Members. While I do work in the Home Office, it is our hourly Team Members in the clubs on the front line that help to steer home our business results.
